Beneath my skin, home
Catherine Cattaruzza
Beneath my skin, home is a photographic print combining a venous network with a map of Beirut, enhanced with pencil, red thread, and copper wire. Cattaruzza explores the unseen interior of the body—where no visible differences define individuals—and brings it into the external world. Her images, reconstructed through virtualization, follow the principles of cartography.
