Nabil Basbous
1963
Nabil Basbous (b. 1963, Lebanon) from the renowned Basbous family, is a Lebanese sculptor. What distinguishes Nabil’s position is his concern with the internal dynamism of the mass and his attempt to generate expressions from within the work of art. Abstraction paralleled this concept of getting out of the clues of what is external, moving into a rich interior that carries the aesthetics of things.
