Bread Game

Silia Abou Arbid

Bread Game is a diagonal slab of metal jutting out above the sea, with a cupped extension intended to hold bread crumbs for birds. Composed of a 7-meter-high vertically-tilted plank made of several layers of rusted stainless steel, it slopes 58 degrees toward the water and was installed on the breakwater cubes located at the northern end of the Corniche. This work was supposed to be permanent.
