Gregory Buchakjian
In his unmonumental performative action, Buchakjian proposes Hosn Niha to be a displaced monument for the current and bound-to-disappear monument at the port of Beirut: the grain silos. On a 1:1 scale and over the course of four days, he will draw the plan of the silos on the temple and its surroundings as a way to reconnect and recollect pieces of a broken history.
