The water feast
When the river’s skin, that of earth,
was cast in concrete,
It took the burden of water that left our insides to the city.
The river’s water left, yet there it is,
in every herb, shrub, forest and tree.
Outside grief and celebration, let the river flow within. In every us, magic in water,
