Beirut, the Corniche
Nagi Assi
Beirut, the Corniche is a reflexive work about public and private spaces and their limits which are constantly in flux. Three black boxes / rooms ask you to enter, turn your back on the sea and sit for a moment to contemplate on the city streets that graze the Corniche and “flow like rivers towards the sea”.
