Once I found a lizard with two tails

This project takes the form of an annotated map of Mr. Maasri’s garden, Aley. 15 years after the end of the civil war. The veterinary surgeon Dr. Khalil Maasri and his German wife were writing their memories of the destroyed garden on a big photo print. The artist then placed a blueprint of the annotated map in the former fish lake on a small stone table that was used to dry fruits. Bleached out by the sun, the traces of memory started to disappear.
