Cactus 1
Ziad Antar
Ziad Antar’s “Cactus” series is an ongoing project that follows the historicity of territorial constructions focusing on clashes and bonds between the old organic borders and the new industrial zones. Those borderlines exercise a political, economical and vital impact on land, people and nature. Antar is witnessing and documenting this escalation of oppression. After all, a cactus gives a fruit but wires don’t.
